The short version

This website does not collect or store your data. The table form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your phone: you send it yourself, if you want, and only then do we receive your name and whatever you write.

What data we handle and why

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us: your name, phone or email and what you tell us (date, time, party size, occasion, allergies), to reply and manage your booking.
If you book on TheFork: TheFork handles your data under its own policy and passes us what the booking needs.

Legal basis: managing the booking you ask for (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, for anything extra you tell us such as an allergy, your consent in telling us (articles 6.1.a and 9.2.a GDPR).

How long

Only as long as it takes to handle your booking or question, and then whatever the law requires (for example, tax rules if there is an invoice).

Who else sees it

Nobody, unless the law requires it. Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta), which acts under its own policy. We do not sell or share data and we do not profile anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or take it with you, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
